finishing the insurgency by wiping out the CPP is like addressing heart failure without knowing its etiology.

addressing heart failure (giving diuretics, beta blockers, ACE inhibitors etc) versus addressing the reason behind heart failure (valve replacement for HF secondary to mitral stenosis) are two different perspectives, entailing two different approaches. and only those who dare to think outside the box can figure out the importance of asking the question “why?”, address the cause itself and relieve the patient.

going back, it would save the government a lot of money and lives if they ask enough “why?”s and realize that it is their policies that fuels the insurgency.
